FMCSA has updated the SMS Website with the April 29, 2022 results. Complete SMS results are available to enforcement users and motor carriers that are logged into the SMS Website.

Read FMCSA’s latest Clearinghouse Monthly Summary Report (PDF). The Clearinghouse Monthly Report includes data on drug and alcohol test results by type, violations reported by location of commercial driver’s license/commercial learner’s permit issuance, and unique registered employers by location. The report also includes information on Clearinghouse registrations, queries conducted, violations reported, and drivers in the return-to-duty process. This report and previous reports are available on the Clearinghouse Learning Center under “News and Events.”
